    Hi

    I added the form to a simple website but I seem to have issues.

    The Review field is showing this content:

    </p>
    <p><!-- wp:heading --></p>
    <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Write a Review</h2>
    <p><!-- /wp:heading --></p>
    <p><!-- wp:site-reviews/form /--></p>
    " required placeholder="Tell people your review" rows="5">

    How do we fix this? Thank you.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    1. Have you added any code snippets to your website?
    2. Have you added custom code to your theme?
    3. Have you modified the Site Reviews plugin?
    4. What happens when you switch the theme to Twenty Twenty-Five?

    Hi

    1. No. It is a very simple website as you can see.
    2. No custom code.
    3. Fresh install of Site Reviews. No modifications.
    4. Same behaviour if I use 2025.

    And what happens when you deactivate all other plugins except for Site Reviews?

    The problem appears to be with this plugin:

    Custom Content Shortcode

    Custom Content Shortcode – WordPress plugin | ww.wp.xz.cn

    I set this site up a while ago and it is not apparent where I am using the content of this plugin on the site.

    I notice on the official website that it says:

    This plugin has been closed as of March 28, 2023 and is not available for download. Reason: Security Issue.

    So I will just delete the plugin and see if anything changes on the site. Closing issue.

    There is a known issue with that plugin. For the solution, please read the “Compatibility Issues” section on the Site Reviews > Help & Support page.

    Thanks for the explanation. I have delete the plugin ow anyway – as it was flagged as a security risk.
