    Hi,

    I’m sorry for delay. I need access to your WordPress to check in detail, the issue you describe, because the form settings is only available for logged users with administration permissions.

    The Form Settings are generated with Javascript, if your page has any uncaught javascript error, the rest of javascript code in your page will stop, and the form builder won’t be displayed.
