Problem with getting certificate with AWS CDN plugin

I installed AWS CDN 2.0.6, followed instruction to install & activate. All is good except when I click on “request certificate” or “list certificate” all I get is “processing request” message with no certificate list info or error message.
I also did the disable/reset/modify process to modify to request a certificate but got the same message.

I have admin access to AWS Cloud Front console and do not see any certificate listed for the distribution created by AWS CDN plugin. Please advise on how to proceed with getting a certificate with the plug in so I can use SSL with my website. I can access the website without SSL.

Update: I was able to attach the certificate to the distribution from AWS Cloudfront Console.
I can see the certificate now from CDN Plugin and went through the process to activate the CDN. I modified in AWS Route 53 so the cdn DNS address points to the cloud front distribution few hours ago. However when I try to access the website using the cdn url I get a “403 The request could not be satisfied” message. I can access the site with just http but not with SSL still. Please advise.

cdn.abimediasystems.com does not resolve to any address
https://www.whatsmydns.net/#CNAME/cdn.abimediasystems.com

How did you setup the DNS for CDN?

I followed AWS documentation for setting up AWS Route 53 DNS record for Cloudfront:
I created a record cdn.abimediasystems.com as type “A IPV4 for AWS resources” as “Aliase to Cloudfront Distribution” and put in the *.cloudfront.net that the Plugin created.

If there is a different way particular to this Plugin please let me know. Thank you!

I’m having trouble with this too, but in a totally different way. I have the SSL on https://www.burninghotevents.com in AWS, it has the ARN, and the SSL is associated with the distribution (it can be seen under “Custom SSL certificate” in the distribution’s Settings section), but the plugin does not see the SSL when I try “List Certificate” in the SSL Manager. There is no error message… it just does not find it.

I have tried everything. I’ve disabled the CDN, I’ve reset the CDN, I’ve cleared the WordPress cache after every step in many different iterations of troubleshooting attempts.

I used to have this working, but I had to issue a new SSL after I accidentally let my previous AWS certificate expire. The old one was ineligible for renewal, and it was deleted. The newly issued certificate is exactly as it is in the SSL Manager settings and it is not pending validation.

cdn.abimediasystems.com should be a cname record pointing to AWSProvidedCustomDomain.cloudfront.net

The domain name on the certificate is “www.burninghotevents.com” (quotes added because the forum adds the http automatically)

I also have it on burninghotevents.com and *.burninghotevents.com

(I previously had it on only *.burninghotevents.com, which should work, but I changed it during troubleshooting since it seems the SSL Manager doesn’t recognize it that way.)

Can you send the screenshot of the certificate page from AWS?
(The page where it shows the details of the certificate, ARN, Domains, Details, etc)
