    Hello,

In order to facilitate the reservation of slots for my customers, I have installed this plugin. I want to retrieve the reservations automatically on my google calendar with a link to integrate and the synchronization is done automatically.
But the problem is that import by url does not work on any of my google calendars. I tried on other calendars and it works directly (thunderbird). But if I import the ical file my reservations are well displayed but suddenly there is no synchronization with the reservations made on my site.
I tried the plugin on another site of my own and it works very well with google calendar. However, the 2 sites are on the same hosting and have the same configurations.
I deactivated all the plugins if ever one of them prevented communication but that did not change anything.
It turns out that I have the same synchronization problem with google calendar for ical links regardless of the plugin.

Also in the health status of my site there is the following message: “The REST API did not correctly process the query parameter context. »

Do you have an idea to solve this problem?
    Thanks.

    Hi,

Please check if your website is reachable from Internet (it shouldn’t be an intranet/local website) and check if the file robots.txt isn’t restricting its access to Google.

Thank you for using the plugin!

    Hi,
    Thanks for your feedback.
My site is online no doubt about it.
I removed everything related to google and google robots in the robots.txt file as well as in my .htacess file but none of this solved the problem. I made these changes last night, can there be a delay before the google robot comes back to my site?

    Hi,

For iCals integrations there is usually a delay of several hours when using Google, however if after one day there is still no bookings exported then there should be something else wrong. If that’s the case then please confirm the plugin version number and the status of the related bookings in the booking orders list (must be an approved status to be included in the iCal file).

Thank you for using the plugin!
