problem with groups and users

Hi team,
I have purchased the premium version and must say it’s great. got the sub folders plugin too which helped working things round.My problem is that I am the admin. And I would like to be able to create a group, with three users. the admin and 2 editors. I would like the admin ( who is also in other groups) and the 2 editors ( who are also part of these other groups) to be able to have dedicated projects that won’t be visible to the other users.
I have tried playing things around in all directions but I think that the real solution would be being able (in the admin section) to assign a specific project to a specific group.
Is this possible? I am running WP 3.5 and using Safari on a Mac.
