Problem with Header-shop.php file

I’ve installed WordPress alongside a main site of a store. Now, I’d like to have a different header for the store. I have a file named header-shop.php. I get the page on single and archive pages of the site and it’s working properly. But when I go to the other pages such as “shopping cart” or “user account”; the site would load its own header.php file.
What should I do in order to load header-shop.php file for each pages of the woocommerce?
