Problem with icons

Hi there, this is my website:

I am using GridPlus on my “Work” page and have some issues.

1. All the items in the grid are videos. For some reason, only 8 of my videos have the “Play” icon, where all the others have a “magnifying glass” icon. They all play a video when clicking. I want all of them to be a play button though.

2. When I click the category, the loading time is very, very slow. The loading time of bringing the video up in a light box is also very slow. Why is this?

3. Is there a way to remove the “All” category, I don’t want a mixed grid when people first visit. So it would be just Music Videos, Brand Videos, Promo Videos.
