Thank you for the helpful error message. It’s really helpful as I’m a Mac and can’t test on IE.
Can you try removing the comma (,) at the end of line 210 of lively-chat-support/chatbox/js/chatbox.js?
Hello,
I tried and it stops working in all other browsers too! 🙂
Could it be something else?
Thank you for your kindness,
Alex

Really? The line should read:
"convo_token": $lcsq("#livelychatsupport-chatbox-token").val()
Is that what you have?
I did it again, thank you for providing the exact code.
It works fine in other browsers, but in IE still shows an error, but different this time:
File: chatbox.js, Line: 336, Column: 9
Thanks,
A.

Thanks for your patience – we’re getting there!
Looks like its the same thing – we need to remove the comma (,) at the end of line 336 on lively-chat-support/chatbox/js/chatbox.js.
"data": $lcsq(this).serializeArray(),
my dear, it’s working fine now! thanks a million, you’re great!!!

Wow. That’s great! I’ve been wondering how to solve this issue – I’ve had other complaints. Thanks for taking the time to help me out with this! All for 2 little commas!
