Problem with Import locations

Hello everybody,

I’m a user of WP Google Map Pro (version 4.0.3) and I have a problem with locations imports.
I use a CSV file, delimeter with comma, with five columns (Title, Adress, Latitude, Longitude, Message).
When I submit the file, I get the message “Location added successfully.” :

But there are no location in “Manage Locations” :

If I test with the Download Sample File, it’s worst, I get that :

Anyone have an idea of the problem ?
