Problem with incorrect Custom Emails

Thanks for answering my previous question. This is more of a bug report then anything.
If you don’t close your php tags correctly in custom emails (namely the customer-processing-order.php which fires on a fully paid order), the REST paypal plugin will process the customer’s payment but not allow the the order itself to complete. You get a JSON syntax error message back. So the customer gets charged but there is no actual order. Just thought I would let you know that for future error handling etc.
