    Hello,
    Thanks for reaching us here!
Please deactivate caching/optimization/minifying plugins on the website if you are using any since this kind of plugins may affect some LMS functions to work properly. Then re-install the plugin manually (from the directory plugin folder) and try to use the plugin purely and make your LMS settings due to your wish and do not forget to check your permalink settings. You can adjust your links in Settings -> Permalinks -> Post name and press the Save Changes button [[Screenshot]].

    Best Regards

    Hello,
    Thanks for reaching us here!
Please check the system requirements for using this plugin and compare your environment with it. Could you tell us what theme and caching/optimization/minifying plugins you were using, please? Because the conflict might occur with some third-party (caching/minifying/optimizing) plugins or with the theme activated. So, please make sure that you deactivated other plugins except for the MasterStudy LMS plugin and used our plugin purely. After that, activate the side plugins one by one, to find which one exactly is affecting. If the problem remains the same even after all side plugins are deactivated then please try to switch the active theme to the default one. If you found what plugin or theme is causing a conflict, we will then check this issue in the same environment. Then we will fix that conflict in the next update.

    Best Regards
