Problem with Ipad Subscription

    Hi Support! I contact you because I’ve a problem with “Easy Forms for MailChimp” plugin… 🙁

    Everything works fine with subscribtions coming from: desktop (Windows), Android smartphones BUT it doesn’t work if I use an IPAD (I’m testing with Ipad 3)

    Ah…obviously plugin is updated at last version!

    How can I fix it?

    Hi @supportdelfino,

    Unfortunately I don’t have an iPad to personally test with but the form should work the same way on any device. I just tested it on my browser while emulating an iPad and it worked.

    How is the form not working on the iPad? Is there a specific error returned? Do you know which browser was being used?

    Sorry Kevin… You’re very fast… I try and it seems works fine!

    But customers (now) says me that there is a problem with Outlook address..

    It seems very strange to me… probably there’s something wrong on his client’s setting, is not it?
