Problem with javascript delay

    Sorry for my poor english. The problem : the javascript delay doesn’t work on my site (frozen page): and if I do a reload or return to the home page, same thing. By disabling it everything works, but I lose speed and optimization. And I don’t know how to set exception files either: I don’t know which ones to put. If someone can help me.
