Problem with keyword density determination

In some cases plugin incorrectly identifies keyword density.
Example:
The keyword density is 9.72%, which is over the advised 4.5% maximum, the keyword was found 115 times.
In fact the keyword is included in the article just a few times.
I noticed that these problems usually appear after the addition of image fields.
