Problem with link to Google Cloud Platform in Help/Usage

    The instructions say to access this URL to generate a YouTube API key:
    https://console.developers.google.com/project

    When I did that, I got the following error message:

    There is a temporary block on your account. This happens when Google detects requests from your network that may have been sent by malicious software, a browser plug-in, or script that sends automated requests.

    Retry in a few minutes.

    For two days I tried to figure out which device on our network was sending malicious data to Google.

    After banging my head against a wall long enough, I realized I could generate a YouTube API key via this URL:

    https://console.developers.google.com

    Which redirects me to this URL:

    https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/dashboard

    In summary, you might want to update your instructions in case there are others like me who take too long to start thinking out of the box. Just a thought.
