    Hi,

I tried combining external & inline CSS + JS, but it unfortunately break my site, mainly the counter widget and growing animation from premium addons for elementor. However, if i excluded wp-content from litespeed cache tuning, my site works perfectly. And when i exlcude folders inside wp-content individually, my site breaks. Can you guys help me with this problem?

    Hi @kannabanna

This issue usually happens due to conflict between dynamic assets feature in Premium Addons and one of the installed plugins. You can disable it by navigating to your WP Dashboard -> Premium Addons -> Widgets & Addons tab.

Could you please navigate to your WP Dashboard -> Premium Addons -> System Info and share a screenshot from the Installed Plugins?

Hi there, thanks for the reply.

As for my active plugin inside this website, this here is my list, you can check it from the link below:

There are some other inactive plugin, but i don’t think they’re relevan in my context

Also, is it reccomended to turn off dynamic assets feature inside the premium addons elementor? or it will worsen my site’s performance

    Hi @kannabanna

The dynamic assets feature in Premium Addons is created to improve your site performance by generating CSS/JS based on the premium elements on each page of your website.

Could you please try to enable the dynamic assets, but exclude the “wp-content/uploads” folder in LiteSpeed settings from being combined?

    Regards

    Hi thanks for the reply

Unfortunately, that solution doesn’t work. “wp-content/uploads” is already been excluded but it doesn’t yield any result.

Here’s The Screenshot after i excluded uploads and combine CSS + JS turned on

@kannabanna I’m not sure if I’m missing something, but I can see that the Premium Counter widget is working fine on my end.

    Hi, thanks for the reply

I haven’t turned on combine CSS + JS option at the moment, so that visitor can see m site in its normal state. However, i can make you a temporary access so that you guys can troubleshoot this problem in real time. I just need an email to get this temporary access going

    Hi @kannabanna

I’m so sorry, but we are not allowed to do that on WordPress forums. I recommend creating a staging site, enable combine CSS + JS option on it and just share the link so we can check again.

Hi, so sorry for the late reply, i finally got around to creating subdomain site for this troubleshooting. Could you kindly check out this link below? I’ve already turned on JS & CSS combine altogether, with the same exclusions from the main site

    Hi @kannabanna
I’ve found a JS console error that can hinder the execution of other JavaScript files on your page. Could you please make sure this file is also excluded “wp-content/plugins/elementor/assets/js/frontend.min.js“?

i’ve already exlcuded that file/folder but the issue still there, any other solution?

    Hi @kannabanna
I can still see the JS console error in your page inspector. Based on this screenshot, I believe you need to exclude the ‘elementor/assets/js‘ folder altogether to make sure the required JS files are loaded on your page. Or, you can check the required files by viewing the unoptimized version of your page through this link and excluding them one by one.

Actually for JS optimization, this is what my exclusion for my site, which is:

    • wp-content/plugins/popup-maker/assets/js
    • wp-content/plugins/revslider
    • wp-content/plugins/premium-addons-for-elementor/
    • wp-content/plugins/elementor/assets/js
    • wp-content/plugins/premium-addons-for-elementor/assets/frontend/js
    • wp-content/plugins/premium-addons-for-elementor/assets/frontend/min-js
    • wp-content/plugins/litespeed-cache
    • wp-content/themes/woodmart/js
    • wp-content/uploads/9233f67bfe5ac2fc2abdc69ef97e3e5a.js

@kannabanna I would suggest contacting LiteSpeed Cache plugin support team so they can have a further look from their end and let you know if there are any additional changes that need to be made in the plugin settings.
