    Problem with logged in users

    Hello,

I've been struggling with this issue for 3-4 days now (in 2 consecutive weeks).

    Could you help me?

    I have LiteSpeed Cache installed.

My hosting has LiteSpeed Web Cache Manager.

I also have the FluentCommunity Pro plugin installed.

All plugins and the theme are updated.

After I made all the settings, the website works normally with one exception.

    https://tes.best/obshtestvo/

This is the community page, which was made with the FluentCommunity Pro plugin.

Its behavior after caching is very strange.

I tried with 3 browsers: Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge.

Last week, the page sometimes loaded correctly, sometimes it didn't load and showed some code at the bottom.

The strange thing, however, is that it always loaded in an incognito window on all three browsers.

This week the page loads in a normal window on all three browsers (in incognito windows too) for non-logged in visitors.

BUT when I log in to my site and visit the page, it is broken.

I contacted the support of the FluentCommunity plugin and they said that they did not notice any problems, which is normal because this only happens for logged in users.

With the "help" of AI all day:

1.) I turned options on and off and tested.
2.) I cleared the cache at the site level and at the hosting level.
3.) I cleaned the browsers periodically.
4.) I turned off caching for logged in users in the settings.
5.) I added paths to Excludes like:

    /obshtestvo/
    /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
    /wp-json/fluent-community/
    /wp-content/plugins/fluent-community/

    and many other things ...

… but absolutely nothing helped so far.

I probably did over 100 tests in different variants and still without success.

When LiteSpeed Cache is turned off or disabled, the page https://tes.best/obshtestvo/ loads even for logged in users.

    Could you help me, please?

@ivcata please share with me a report ID
This can be generated from LSC => Toolbox => Report => click on “Send to Litespeed”

Disabling LSC will make the error go away?

@litetim I already did that in the letter above.

    Here it is again:

    I also wrote this above:

When LiteSpeed Cache is turned off or disabled, the page https://tes.best/obshtestvo/ loads even for logged in users.

could you please try reset to default setting first and see how it goes ?

you can reset it in toolbox -> import/export

    (@ivcata)

When I revert to default settings the site and the community page (https://tes.best/obshtestvo/) load normally for now.

When I use Essentials or Basic Presets the site and the community page load normally for now.

When I use Advanced and Aggressive Presets the animations on the site (DIVI theme) DO NOT work (nothing is displayed where they are applied), BUT the community page (https://tes.best/obshtestvo/) loads normally.

Essentials or Basic Presets work for now, but I want to use more of the plugin’s features.

That’s why I’ve been struggling for so long to find the option that crashes this page: https://tes.best/obshtestvo/

Because otherwise the site and Woocommerce work normally with the settings I set, but without this page.

    Any suggestions?

this usually means one of the option comes from aggressive profile is causing problem , most likely JS or CSS related, please try narrow down which one causes issue and then we will see what to do next

    Thread Starter Ivcata

    (@ivcata)

And here we are again at the beginning of this conversation.

Everything in all LiteSpeed Cache Page Optimization tabs is set to OFF:

    CSS Settings
    JS Settings
    HTML Settings
    Media Settings
    Viewport Images
    Localization Settings
    Tuning Settings

    +

    Purged all
    LiteSpeed Cache
    LiteSpeed Web Cache Manager

    +

    Purged browsers.

Result: the page https://tes.best/obshtestvo/ is broken again for logged in users.

    (@qtwrk)

that is really weird, please go to toolbox -> import/export -> export your current broken conf to file

then apply basic/essential profile , export it again

open both exported file in text editor like notepad or something , copy paste content over https://www.diffchecker.com/ , do side by side comparison , see what is enabled in advanced/aggressive profile while not enabled in basic/essential profile

    Thread Starter Ivcata

    (@ivcata)

    I did another experiment:

    Purged all
    LiteSpeed Cache
    LiteSpeed Web Cache Manager
    Uninstalled LiteSpeed Cache
    Installed LiteSpeed Cache again.

The strange thing is that the problem is also present in the newly installed version without changing anything.

After selecting Essentials, the Basic problem disappears.

Now I’m on Basic and I don’t dare change anything.

Another strange thing is that all the URI Excludes from the previous installation are also present in the new installation.

    How is this possible?

I don’t understand anything – there is no logic here.

    Thread Starter Ivcata

    (@ivcata)

I’m wondering if the option in the DIVI builder: “Generate static CSS file” is affecting the problem. My previous experiments showed no effect, but I have some suspicions. Your thoughts?

    Plugin Support qtwrk

    (@qtwrk)

it is possible , if theme generates standalone css file , it may “out of sync” with page cache

generally speaking , should prefer use inline/embed CSS instead of external CSS files

    Thread Starter Ivcata

    (@ivcata)

I started all over again by not enabling all the options from before.

    For now everything works.

The only question I have is whether it is worth enabling Object Cache after using WordPress and the DIVI theme?

Note: If you have a site that is fully-cached by LSCWP, you won’t use object cache very often. Object cache is only necessary when WordPress is building a page through PHP. If PHP is not being invoked (and minimizing PHP usage is the goal with LSCache) then there are no queries to process and therefore nothing to look up in object cache.
