Well, this is very random. How often does the issue occur? W3 Total Cache is only caching the pages so I am not sure how it can switch to the default theme menu.
Also, It would be so great if you could share the website URL so I can check this.

At this time you can see that on hover Main menu Buttons there are pictures on Submenu.
When the Problem exists there are no pictures – maybe there is a problem with wp-mega-menu stylesheets?
I don’t know how to reproduce the problem.
Can I something do?

Thank you for the information. As I can see, you are using only Page Cache, Browser Cache, and Lazyloading feature.
I am not seeing any issues at the moment and I’ve checked with various browsers.

At this time the issue is present – on the Startpage the Menu switched to “Standard” without pictures.
If I select another Page from the site the Menu is correct – only on the Startpage the problem exist.

it’s a bit strange whats happening because now the menu works again but i havn’t done anything.
Maybe a conflict with cache and borlab cookies?
Because I accepted the cookies and menu was “broken”.
Now – about 2 hours later – it works.
Do you have an idea?

Yes, I’ve checked your website and I am not seeing any issues.
This means that the issue is not related to W3 Total Cache, so you should reach out to the support of the mega menu pro plugin and the cookies plugin to see what may be causing this.
