Problem with menu and logo
-
I’m having problems with Qode Bridge WordPress theme (11.1 version of theme and WordPress 4.9). My logo header image doesn’t shows up anymore, and the dropdown menu and other javascript has stopped working (for example: About us http://www.caninefamilyprotection.com/about/about-us/). I do not know what I did before, maybe editing one menu (about us or Training Services)
It’s interesting that it works on my computer (localhost),

Sorry Viktor, this forum is for WordPress support, your issue is theme related. You are also using a commercial/paid theme that is not supported here in this forum. You will have to seek support from the developers support page on Themeforest.
Hello
I will not suppport you fully but is see that your console is completely red as tomato from the jquerylibraries which are not properly added or missed/blocked on server. You may open your template functions php file to check if script are loaded in proper order. The Jquery libraries should be loaded first . The additional scripts canbe added to footer using https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/reference/functions/wp_enqueue_script/. PAy attention that if you will include scripts in footer you should and attribute
'true'as it is decribed in arcticle above. Let forum knew what elese you faced and tried.Regards,
MaksymThanks for the replies.
@dignity1988 how i find the js console is Google Chrome?
Look at the dropdown that says “Hide all”. That’s why you’re not seeing anything there. Change it to “Default”.
Thanks.
I do not even see it now: https://i.imgur.com/NvuIPEN.png
In my IP, the site is correct, I can see the logo, and drop down menu is ok
Try deactivating all of your plugins to explore whether any could be responsible. If none are, keep all plugins deactivated and switch to the Twenty Seventeen theme to check whether it’s an issue with your theme.
If i switch Twnty Seventeen, it’s ok.
Problem solved! I changed the wp-includes folder to the latest WordPress version and it works!!!
