Problem With Menu in WordPress Theme

    Hey !!

    I am totally new to WordPress and need your immediate help.

    I want to know how to add the navigation bar options like About,Contact us,Blog etc in Menu.I am actually using a WordPress Theme from Online Theme/Template builder TEMPLATE TOASTER ??

    Is their any plugin for it ?

    Can any one help me out of it? Thanks for your reply ?
