    Hello!

I really love this great theme and would like to switch our website from twentyfourteen to hueman. However I experienced one problem that I haven’t been able to solve yet.

I want to use a plugin to show a context-sensitive menu in one of the sidebars. The problem is that the theme somehow overrides or disables the styles that are responsible to show the hierarchy of the menu. Thus the menu is shown, but without hierarchy as it should be.

Please take a look at my Test Page.

I tried the following plugins which work perfectly with other themes: Custom Menu Wizard, Advanced Menu Widget. Both with same result.

BTW: I’m using Version 2.1.9 of the theme.

You are right. I finally discovered that the problem was caused by the Hueman theme which clears the CSS styles of all elements within their stylesheet before applying the Hueman styles.

I managed to create a workaround by adding some custom styles for the li and ul tags to the custom.css of the Hueman theme (and activating it’s usage in the options).

As it worked for me with those settings I moved the “test page” to my productive environment: Link
