Problem with microfone

    Hi.
    I have installed this plugin for a test on a website. It works on Chrome for me but not for Firefox. Using Firefox if I enter a conference in Jitsi website it works perfect, but not on conference using the plugin. I was not asked about use microphone or not and no such option to “unblock” microfone.
    How could I make it works properly?

    Hello,
    maybe you have a Firefox plugin that is causing problems (ad blocker, privacy blocker, …)
    I always test the plugin with Firefox (my main browser), and it works.

    Check your Firefox configuration and plugins.

    Hi. Thanks for replying.
    I Have only one ad blocker extension that I deactivated and no lucky. On the website I’m running the plugin no chance to get mic working, but when I start a meeting in the jistsi site it works.
    Kinda weird behavior of Firefox.

    Hey, make sure you check this website to troubleshoot your microphone on different web browsers.
