Unfortunately I don’t have a windows phone to test, but IE11 emulator should work in this case. May I ask your phone OS and IE version?
If you try it with the default (twenty fifteen) site theme, is it not working still?
What happens if all other plugins are disabled?

the search botton doesn’t work.
the phone is a lumia 735 with the internal browser

Can you please try Internet Explorer 11 as well? Unfortunately I don’t have a windows mobile device to test it with.
Or if you have an URL where I can check the search, I might be able to see the error via IE 11.
