Problem with mobile and layer text slider

You problem happens because of the CSS hacks you (or your theme developers) are doing, which are simply messing up the slider. You can find the codes at /wp-content/themes/miami-english/css/new-style.css
and you should remove everything that’s Smart Slider 3 related from there.

After that, you should move your layers to Content mode: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1479-how-can-i-move-my-layers-freely-on-the-canvas#how-do-i-move-a-layer-from-canvas-to-content-mode
which is easier to use and you can achieve good results a lot faster.
