This issue might be occurring due to a plugin conflict. So please deactivate all plugins and check if it resolves your issue and after that try activating the plugins one by one to find problematic plugins. Then replace it with an alternate plugin.

thanks a lot for your solution. I did your solution and found a plugin named Wpforum Lite that caused this problem. I disable it and the issue was resolved. but I would like to know if I want to use this plugin how to terminate its interference. thanks again

Usually, if there is a plugin conflict, the solution most often approached is to replace that plugin with another one, an alternative one. This way you make sure the conflict won’t appear again. However, if you want to use this plugin specifically, you could contact the plugin author and report this issue.
