    Hello,
    I am having a problem with the plugin.
    The modal window opens by itself when opening the product page.
    Usually it only opens if you click on the link.
    Can you help me ?

    Hello @laurent777,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    We have made functionality that, first time hit the url it will not automatically open the popup, you must need to click on the button.

    Second time if there is # sign on the url then it will auto open the popup so if you remove the #sign it will not open auto.

    If this functionality not needed for you then please create support ticket to our technical team they can contact you and resolve your issue within one to two day.
