    Hello

On applying the latest update to a multisite which uses sub-directories I lost access to all but the root domain.

In the WordPress admin panel selecting a site would always return to the base site menus and navigating to the websites themselves would once again take you back to the root site.

Deleting this plugin cured the problem and as the changelog mentions introducing Multisite features it seems the likely culprit. I haven’t had a chance to experiment further as I need to get some work done and being an amateur don’t have the set up mirrored off-line so I’m not sure I’ll be of great use.

I should have thought to test at the time but I’ve a suspicion that the problem sites were those that had this plugin activated. If I’m feeling brave I’ll try it a little later and report back.

But I thought it might be worth mentioning for now that there could potentially be problems with the update. Hopefully it’s just due to a strange combination of plugins that I have.

    Hi Rob,

I have more reports about that issue…

So I removed the MULTISITE support again (v3.2.1).

I will try to solve the problem a.s.a.p.

    Sorry for the inconvenience!

    peace,
    Rolf

    Hey Rob,

I posted a post on this forum, asking for MULTISITE beta-testers but got zero replies… Therefore I decided to release it anyways.

So, I’ll be happy if you want to help me with the beta-testing before I release the MULTISITE version again.

    peace,
    Rolf

I’m willing to have a go at the beta.

I imagine it’s only when things go wrong that most people come here so the better the plugin the less people who see the call for testers!

    Hey Rob,

    Update: fixed the real bug!

Now I have a minor problem with viewing the log file… (500 error)

With a bit of luck the new beta version will be ready tomorrow.

    Thanks for you support!

    Hello

I’ve tried installing both network wide and on individual sites and the problem I had where I couldn’t access sub-directory based WordPress installs has definitely been cured.

I now need to build up some revisions so there is actually something to optimize and will report back if anything untoward occurs.
