Problem with MySql

    Hello,
    For a few days I have a problem on the admin panel side on all pages where the BackUpWordPress plugin is installed:

    Warning: mysqli_query (): MySQL server has gone away in /home5/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1878
    Warning: mysqli_query (): Error reading set header in /home5/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1878

    Or

    Warning: mysqli_query (): MySQL server has gone away in /home5/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1811
    Warning: mysqli_query (): Error reading set header header in home5 / wp-includes / wp-db.php on line 1811

    Or

    Warning: mysqli_query (): MySQL server has gone away in /home5/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1813
    Warning: mysqli_query (): Error reading set header header in home5 / wp-includes / wp-db.php on line 1813

    When the plug is turned off everything returns to normal.

    Hey there –

    It sounds like the server is having some problems running the queries for the database backup, and keeps running out of time (or timing out) as it tries.

    Your host should be able to better address this, but you can share this link with them if they need more information: https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/gone-away.html
