Problem with newsletter plugin

Hello. I’m having problem with this plugin. I add popup but when I add shortcode from plugin Newsletter:

[newsletter_field name="email"]
[/newsletter_form]

It lookes like there is no reaction – I mean no new user appear on subscribers list, but however the popup window closes.

Do you know what may be causing this problem?
