Problem with Offset between reservations

I need some help, I have a web for a “hairdresser at home” business, I have configured my services and my assistants, and the number of clients that I can serve per session, and the units per session of each service, following this explanation: https://salonbookingsystem.helpscoutdocs.com/article/128-salon-settings-setup-examples
The thing is that I need configure 1 hour of offset between each session, because I need 1 hour to go and return from clients’ house, but “Offset between reservations” parameter does not work for me, when I try to make two reservations, one after the another, the plugin allows me to do the reservation, I don’t know what is the problem, I hope someone can help me, thanks very much, best regards

In my business the assistants go to the client’s home
I have 7 assistants and I configure 7 customers per session (according the tutorial)
and I’m testing with 1 service with 2 units per session (because two of my assistants works with that service)I’ve configured “offset between reservation” to 1 hour, but when I tried to make the following:
duration of service is 20 minutes
I made 1 reservation at 8:00 (and it’s ok)
i made the second reservation at 8:00 (and it’s ok and it is assigned to the another assistant, for that reason it is ok the time),
but now, when I try to make another reservation, the plugin allows me to take the block at 8:20 instead 9:20
I need the offset time between sessions (by session/assistant) because my assistants need time to travel from a house to another.
is this the normal functionality of the plugin? or I miss some configuration? thanks
