Hello @enet2020, apologies for the late response, for some reason I did not get an email for this issue until recently.
I’m not completely knowledgeable about how NVDA works, would you be able to tell me if you are able to access the visit details in visits log, such as the time of visit, the browser, the pages, etc.? I’m assuming you are trying to open the visitor profile from the visits log.
In each row of the visits log, there should be a link with the text “View visitor profile”. Are you able to get to that link? I can confirm myself that this link cannot be tabbed to, and I’ve reported that issue to the relevant team, but I’m unsure if that’s a requirement for NVDA to be able to provide access to the link.
Hi,
@dizzyatinnocraft
Wery thanks for quickly reply.
Problem wit profiles is on summary page, not on visit log.
ON phone is problem with open menu, desktop, goals, settings, tag manager.
Voice over not read submenu links.Regards
MateuszHello @enet2020, if you mean the Summary page that is directly accessible via the WordPress admin, then there is no way to open the visitor profile from there. If you mean the dashboard within the full reporting view (accessible from WordPress submenu titled “Reporting”) from within the widget titled “Visits in real-time”, then that would be an accessibility bug. Can you let me know which you mean?
Regarding the phone issue you mention, can you tell me what type of phone you use (for example, Android vs iPhone)? Can you also tell me if the WordPress menu is not accessible via your phone as well, or just the Matomo reporting menu?
hi again,
@dizzyatinnocraft
Sorry for very long waiting on reply.
I meaning about summary page. I use IPhone.
I find other problem, on IPhone if click on icon desktop, country, system on visitlog page program read me information, but on computer these icons not available.
Can you check this?Greetings from Poland
MateuszHi @enet2020, as I said before, the visitor profile is currently not available on the summary page, though this may change in the future.
Regarding the other problem, can you tell me if anything is accessible in each row in the visits log? Can you, for example, get to the date and time of a visit? What about the icon that says if a visitor is returning or not?

In Phone Voice over read every icon information.Regards,
MateuszHi @enet2020, thanks for the reply. This is also an issue with the core Matomo product, so another team will have to fix it when they can. I’ve created an issue for them with the details here: https://github.com/matomo-org/matomo/issues/23175
I apologize for the accessibility issues, if you notice any issues that are on the WordPress side of Matomo for WordPress, rather than the Reporting/Tag Manager/Matomo Admin parts, I can fix those directly.
Regarding the summary, I’ve created plans to allow access to more information directly there, such as visitor profiles. If there’s anything else you notice or need help with, please let us know.

@enet2020 To confirm, you mean the export link underneath a report graph or table, correct? And would you be able to test a change by replacing a specific file on your wordpress server (I would say which file to replace and give you a link to the replacement file)?
Hello,
@dizzyatinnocraft
Yes, exactly this link is under report table.
Sure, what file need replace?Greetings.
@enet2020 can you replace the file at
/path/to/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/matomo/app/plugins/CoreHome/vue/dist/CoreHome.umd.min.jswith the contents of this link: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/matomo-org/matomo-for-wordpress/b5e547a0d56dbc6645fee4f2850f25527d04d5de/app/plugins/CoreHome/vue/dist/CoreHome.umd.min.jsthen check on your iPhone if the link is detected as you would expect? Note: you may have to clear your browser cache for the change to take effect.
