Hi there,

I entered the open ai api key and I also configured dialogflow, everything is configured correctly, but if I ask questions in the chat(font end), the user doesn’t answer to the user’s question. He always says he doesn’t understand the question. Why?

Hi,

Please do not enable OpenAI and DialogFlow both. Please disable DialogFlow and check. If the problem persists, please share the live page link with the ChatBot so we can check.

Hi there,

ok.. i had tried the opposite (disabled open AI), but DialogFlow didn’t work. Now disabling DialogFlow , it works. Another question.. I’ve translated all the parts, but I can’t find the section to translate these other entries. See screen https://ibb.co/b2dF7wy. Where can I translate them?
