I included the .mo and .po data to ftp.
Settings:
Language Code: cs
Flag: cz.png
Name: čeština
Locale: cs_CZ
Date Format: %A %B %e%q, %Y
Time Format: %I:%M %p
Not Available Message: Promiňte, tento článek je dostupný pouze v %LANG:, : a %.
the .mo data is from oficial czech wordpress page, i think it coul’d be okay.
How can I edit the .mo file?

How can I edit the .mo file?
To check your .po file (this makes the .mo file) you need Poedit
the .mo data is from oficial czech wordpress page, i think it coul’d be okay.
You can download it again to see if it makes a difference.

by the way, your settings are OK 🙂
I try to reupload .mo and .po
And now it have new parse err:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘=’ in /data/web/virtuals/61524/virtual/www/domains/yfilmy.sk/wp-includes/pomo/translations.php(403) : runtime-created function on line 3
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /data/web/virtuals/61524/virtual/www/domains/yfilmy.sk/wp-includes/pomo/translations.php(403) : runtime-created function:3) in /data/web/virtuals/61524/virtual/www/domains/yfilmy.sk/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1196
But It may have somthing with this.
I’ve got a second domain http://yfilmy.cz
When I open this page… page redirect me to http://yfilmy.sk/cz/ page… and show this:
https://ctrlv.cz/c764
But after this (when I opened http://yfilmy.cz) the slovak page (http://yfilmy.sk) automatically redirect me to czech version (nevertheless that the default language is slovak – this is doing only after loading .cz domain), but when it redirect to czech automatically it’s near to Works right.
Like this: https://ctrlv.cz/ppKg
Same domain (yfilmy.sk/cz) but Works only with unwanted redirect but still with err.
Okay, It’s not working only with unwanted automatically redirect, it’s working only without “www” in link in combination with redirect from .sk to .sk/cz 🙂 but still with error

Okay, when I install the Slovak language, automatically the next .po and .mo file are loaded from WordPress:
admin-sk_SK.mo and admin-sk_SK.po (For Czech these files are missing)
sk_SK.po and sk_SK.mo (not needed to install your files)
http://snag.gy/p7L9d.jpg
And no errors. There must be something else goes wrong.
I’ve got these files for Czech too.
On my hosting is disabled the set_time_limit() it coul’d be that problem?
It’s impossible to enabled this function.
When I enabled the Czech language
Warning: set_time_limit() has been disabled for security reasons in /data/web/virtuals/61524/virtual/www/domains/yfilmy.sk/wp-content/plugins/qtranslate-x/admin/qtx_update_gettext_db.php on line 37
but wordpress is still working after this message
