I’m having a similar experience. I get a blank screen when I attempt any editing function when logged in as a user with the Editor role. I can only edit pages if logged in as a user with Administrator rights. If I deactivate the PressPermit Core plugin, the editor role/user works fine.
Any help would be much appreciated!
davpic, there must be a configuration issue or plugin conflict with your site. Please use the presspermit.com forums for Pro plugin support. You can also find on-screen guidance for assigning exceptions on your Edit Group Permissions screen and a screencast for Allowing Editing of Specific Pages.
blairbenjamin, that’s a different issue. A white screen on editing attempts is usually due to a PHP “out of memory” error. Press Permit does not use an excessive amount of memory, but is sometimes the “last straw.” You can usually resolve this by deactivating unnecessary plugins or increasing your server’s PHP memory limit.
