Problem with pages

    Today I have installed the new version 1.8.2 but I see that the problem concerning the pages has not been solved.
    I’ll explain: do you see this screenshot? The part marked with the red arrow does not fit.
    To delete it I have to go to ./template-parts/content-page.php and delete this code: <? Php the_post_thumbnail (); ?>
    This problem occurs only with pages, not with articles.

    Not sure what problem you mean. Our static pages does show the featured image of that page. If you don’t want the featured image to display, then do not set a featured image.

    I do not see how this is a fault of the theme that it displays a featured image.

    If I don’t set a featured image the problem occurs in the search results: it shows only the preview of the page and not the image.

    I solved the problem, now it works correctly:
    in ./template-parts/content-page.php I replaced <?php the_post_thumbnail(); ?>
    with
    <?php get_the_post_thumbnail(); ?>

    You can add this change to the next version of the theme.
