Hello.

I have a problem with the website leadershipbyheartacademy.com.

When reseting the password, I click on the link at the login page, fill in the e-mail address and confirm it. The e-mail with the reset link arrives but when I open it it shows the error “Sorry, that key has expired. Please try again.” even though it was sent just a minute ago.

What’s the problem? How can I solve it?

I myself think this is a good method but make sure you backup your files before editing them.

In your case that would require editing this file wp-content/themes/Avada/functions.php

Thanks for answering.

I don’t need to change the password at the moment. The thing is that there is quite a lot of other users so it’s necessary to make this way of resetting work.

In other words, I don’t want to find another way how to change a password, I’m looking for a solution how to repair this bug.
