    Hi,

    I have a problem when I want to pay with Stripe on my site, I get the following message “Could not process this payment, please try again or use another method.”

    I have no problem with the other payment methods. Paypal works very well.

    All plugins updates have been made. I am using the latest version of Woocommerce and Stripe.
    I also updated my server to PHP version 8.0 and also checked my SSL certificate.
    Nothing corrected the problem. I don’t know what else to do to correct this.

    Can you help me please ?

    I see you’re getting a Could not process this payment, please try again or use another method. error when trying to checkout using Stripe.

    Not being able to offer your users this checkout option is not ideal. Let’s see what we can do to get you up and running with Stripe again.

    Firstly, I’d like to get a better idea of how your site is set up.

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Next, I’d like to see a log for the Stripe transactions that are failing. Can you please enable logging for me?

    To enable logging, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → Stripe and enable the Log debug messages checkbox as shown in this screenshot – http://cld.wthms.co/VXQRo1

    Once you’ve done that, perform another transaction so that the logs can be populated.

    To view the logs, go to WooCommerce → Status → Logs, select Stripe from the dropdown and see what’s in there.

    Once I have this information, I’ll better understand how your site is set up and we can move forward to the next steps.
