Problem with Payment Received Email

The “Payment Received Email” to the user only shows in the message:
“Payment amount:” without ‘%amount%’
and
“Invoice:” without ‘%invoice_url%’Screenshot: https://www.suchstuff.blog/screenshot.png
The admin doesn’t have any payment receipt email at all.
PHP version is 7.4.33
Can you please help me.
