Nothing in eShop has changed that could cause this – have you changed anything within the plugin, or at paypal (like add a new email address)?
No, I have not made changes in my store, but this error appeared yesterday.
As there has not been an update to this topic for a while, I can only assume that the issue has now been resolved and I am now marking it as such. If this is incorrect, please feel free to change the topic’s status and/or post a followup.
Hi esmi, but this problem is not yet solved. I received the following reply from PayPal Merchant Technical Support: “I inform you that this error happens when you are passing the variable address_override = 1 and the address is introducing the buyer in the form on their website does not have a valid format or is incomplete .
If you do not want your integration prevents buyers will change the address during the checkout process, you can use the variable ‘address_override = 0’ “
But I have not changed anything and it worked before. : (
Settings -> eShop -> Merchant Gateways -> PayPal -> Send buyers email address to paypal?
Select “No”.
Thanks esmi, but this it´s not solution. My problem is with the mail from the seller´s account, Paypal displays an error and it´s all good.
YEAH!!! I found the solution. I uninstalled version 6.3.1 and installed the version 6.2.12, works perfectly.
Then there is an issue specific to your site/install. The current version of eShop (6.3.2) works just fine with PayPal. Please be aware that we cannot support older versions of the plugin.
I am using the eStore theme Elegantthemes and if I upgrade to the latest version of the plugin EShop the transaction between the store and Paypal does not work.
I upgraded to the latest version of EStore theme and EShop but do not work well.
I’m sorry but we do not recommend or support eShop when used with the eStore theme from Elegant Themes. Try using another theme.
