have you worked on a same-titled post and trashed it?
The post still exists, even if it’s in the trash…..must be deleted permanently
Or does it happen to all posts regardlee?

It happenes only to pages odlly enought… and yes all posts/pages have being deleted permanently

-Try resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting and renaming your WordPress .htaccess file. If that works, then try reading Using_Permalinks before setting a custom permalink structure again. If clearing your Permalinks does not alleviate the issue, this could be attributed to anything from a web server configuration to a bad WordPress install.

I’ll be moving to new server and try it then. As you said it can be anything so I’m hoping a new clean install will magically help
