    My Site Author users have admin privileges to create new folders, but when it comes to saving them, the plugin says that they”re not allowed to create them. What could be happening?

    Also, to help us understand your situation better, could you share a screenshot of the message that says your users aren’t allowed to create folders?

    Hello Patrick,
    Following screen captures of the site configuration for the user author Guto Muniz) and his attempt to create a folder. Note that the button appears and asks for the name of the new folder to then deny.

    It seems to me that the images are not being loaded. I will try to send via video.
