Problem with placeid

On my website I can use the widget to create link and then post these links on my pages and posts if I want to. Such as this one:
https://search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid=ChIJtVS3f5kcdkgREVYjbOaxMz0But when I go on the widget so that I’d have the reviews in the sidebar, the widget doesn’t recognise my placeid so I can’t set it up properly. The placeid is put in it is: ChIJtVS3f5kcdkgREVYjbOaxMz0.
What am I doing wrong?
