    There are two diferrentes problems:

    – In captcha-code, the URL is modified, but it is not showed in the frontend.
    – In newsletter pluggin, when you work the images show ok, but when you send the newsletter, the URL is not changed.

    I put two examples
    Captcha image error
    Newsletter error
