Problem with plugin

Hi,
I have this problem with plugin Quotes and Tips. In FAQ there is an information that says: “If you would like to use this block, please paste the following strings into the template source code <?php if ( function_exists( ‘qtsndtps_get_random_tip_quote’ ) ) qtsndtps_get_random_tip_quote(); ?>”. So how do I exactly paste the following strings into the place I’d like it to appear?
