But everything still seems to be working as expected (screenshot here).
Could you provide an URL to your website, so we can look into the current behavior? Additionally, perhaps you could provide us with the steps we need to take to reproduce this issue?

Could you try visiting your website in an Incognito window, to see if this causes it to appear on your end as well?
As for the CTA plugin, I couldn’t immediately find any active pop-ups on this website, both with Complianz enabled and in Safe Mode (in which it does not block anything). Have you already set this pop-up to “Live” in the CTA plugin?

Hi The banner is on the right side… in orange. The text is: Hulp nodig bij je keuze? Can you see that banner also? And the plugin Complianz works good at your screenshot.

Sorry I don’t see the WP CTA banner on the ride side. The banner is active. Can you please make a screenshot for me with the WP CTA banner?

Complianz does indeed work fine on your website (tested in Chrome and Firefox, both Incognito and ‘regular’ browsing).
I haven’t seen the WP CTA banner appear during my tests, though this seems unrelated to Complianz (as it does not appear in Complianz Safe Mode either).
Perhaps the WP CTA support team could provide further assistance with that?
