Problem with plugin. Block connections, request with anothe plugin

Hello,

I have a problem in the website http://www.jaimecasasnovas when I activate your plugin cleantalk spam protect with another plugin I have to translate automatically every section of the website call it Translator Revolution(https://www.surstudio.net/translator-revolution/)

The problem comes only with Chrome, brave and edge, not happen with Firefox. I contact the support of the plugin Translator revolution and told me that your plugin block some requests.

Now i desactivate it and the Translator Revolution works well. Can you help me to find where is the problem and how can I solve to have your plugin activate it at the same time of Translator revolution plugin?
