Problem with plugin button appearing everywhere!

    Hi, we’ve been using the plugin for a long time with no issues, suddenly (probably since last version update) there appears a “how can i help you?” button several times on the screen

    instead of one button with the whastapp icon at the bottom corner.
    we have currently disabled the plugin for mobile. the issue is both on mobile (android and ios) and desktop . the button appears multiple times on category pages, and then in the middle of the screen on products pages
    could there be a bug in your latest release?
    please let us know quickly since this is crucial for our clients and business.

    ok so i see the issue – its in the visibility section.

    when i go to “woocommerce” tab inside your plugin on wordpress admin

    there is a section Visibility: “hide on all devices” is already selected but position is still activated

    “position” – i am not able to select no position and it still appears on the only one that is forced to be selected.

    so i am able to narrow down the problem, but still there is an issue that the “hide on all devices” is not overriding the position selection

    this happens for both “Archives” and “Products” tab (but in archives i am able to de-select all archive pages in the Visibility Section -> Display in Archive Page

    ok i changed it a few times and saved the “hide on all devices” a few more times and suddenly its working again
