problem with plugin social connect

Hi, I’ve this trouble. When I open the panel with mouse, on principal url appear this symbol “#”. I’ve installed also the social connect plugin and when I try to connect with it there’s a problem with cookies, but I’m sure they are ok. Maybe is the redirect url that goes on wrong address with “#” symbol. Anybody can help me.
