Problem with plugin wpDiscuz – myCRED Integration

wpDiscuz does not give points for comments. The Points value comes from MyCred plugin, so it will be better if you contact MyCred plugin support and asked them this question.

All points provided by our plugin can be found in the “wpDiscuz integration section”

As you can see on the screenshot above there are not any points regarding the comments. You can see wpDiscuz – myCRED Integration add-on gives point only for comment Like / Dislike.

Points for comments are being given by the myCRED plugin side. See screenshot.

Please contact them again and ask them those questions:

1) If you write a comment, you get points. If you reply to someone’s comment – you don’t get points.

2) Sometimes user don’t get points for his comments at all.
