Problem with polish diacritics

    Since uprgrading to version 4.2.3 I have a problem with publishing of texts containing polish diacritics. I found provisional solution (replacing a file wp-db.php with former version from 4.2.2), but it’s onerous and can cause other problems. I don’t know, if the problem is only mine, or common. Similar situation was in version 4.1.2 – it was common and was solved in 4.1.3 (support/topic/wordpress-doesnt-publish-the-texts). Is there any chance for system solution?
